Please allow 2 business days for your order to be processed for shipping. I make every effort to package your order as quickly as possible. I can't guarantee when you will get your order as it all depends on where you live. I am in Nebraska; most packages seem to arrive within 2-3 days after shipped.  However, each package comes with tracking if you would find yourself needing to locate or track your order.

Please understand that I am a one-women shop, pulling products with my own hands once you place your order. I'm not perfect but will make every effort to get your order to you lickity-split!

Shipping Policy

Here on the BCN website, I ship domestically only.  I do ship internationally, so please email me at bottlecreeknapkins@yahoo.com if you live outside the USA. Shipping for outside the USA is calculated a bit differently and I have the post office calculate this for me to ensure you receive your package in the quickest way possible. 

Once your beautiful napkins, rice paper, paper placemats or any other item you purchase from BCN gets dropped off at our local post office in beautiful Beatrice, Nebraska, I have no control over the package. I do ask that if you receive your package and it is damaged in any way, please email me as soon as possible at bottlecreeknapkins@yahoo.com with a picture of the item's condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
